One common fear that people who have experienced trauma have is, “Do I need to talk about what happened to me?” You don’t have to talk about anything that you are not comfortable sharing. We will focus on how you’re feeling now and more in control. Our work at Raaiter Wellness is grounded in Trauma-Informed principles, meaning:

At Raaiter Wellness, we support individuals with only mild to moderate challenges. Where specialised trauma care is necessary, we will refer appropriately to trained professionals to ensure you receive the right level of care.
All sessions at Raaiter Wellness are one-on-one support and the sessions are available via telehealth, from the comfort of your home.
