I believe every person carries more depth than any label can hold. My curiosity about human experiences, relationships, and emotional wellbeing began early in life and continues to shape the way I work today.
I completed my studies in Psychology in Chennai and later pursued a Master of Counselling at Monash University. I have worked across community, health, medical, and educational settings in both India and Australia, supporting adults aged 18 to 85 with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family violence. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each individual’s needs.
I draw from Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, ACT, IFS, Somatic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based approaches to support clients with care and respect.
I was previously a Level 2 practising member of the Australian Counselling Association and currently hold International Member status.
At Raaiter Wellness, the focus is on helping adults bring out their inner strengths, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and meaning.
