Session notes are retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the last session, consistent with professional record-keeping standards, after which they are securely and permanently deleted.
5.2 Security Measures
Raaiter Wellness implements the following measures to protect your information:
• Password-protected Google account with two-factor authentication for all stored records
• End-to-end encrypted Google Meet sessions for all counselling appointments
• Secure email communication for client correspondence
• No physical paper records retained beyond initial administrative intake
• Regular review of third-party platform (Google) security practices and terms

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, Raaiter Wellness will notify you and any applicable regulatory authority as required by law within applicable timeframes.
