Individual Counselling (Adults 18+)

We provide a confidential and supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, actions and values, and together we find practical ways to help you feel better and move forward. We use well known, proven approaches to therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). CBT helps you to notice how your thoughts, feelings and actions are all inter-related, and how changing one, changes the others. ACT helps with coping with difficult emotions instead of fighting them and living according to what truly matters to you. We can help with a wide range of challenges including:

  • Anxiety and worry                        
  • Depression and feeling low
  • Stress
  • Life Transitions (moving, career shifts, relationship changes etc)
  • Questions about who you are
  • Grief and Loss
  • Relationship Difficulty
  • Burnout and Work Stress
  • Self-Worth and Inner Critic Challenges

  • Carers of family members and friends after a diagnosis

All sessions at Raaiter Wellness are one-on-one support and the sessions are available via telehealth, from the comfort of your home.
